Pregnant mothers are likely to undergo significant mental and physical changes during pregnancy. After delivery, she is further affected by a change of hormonal levels, and with the change of role. In addition, lack of experience in caring for a baby, and other problems may make her to undergo certain post-partum emotional changes.

 

A nanny provides basic care: watching, feeding, and bathing your child in your home. She provides one-on-one attention, calming your child's fears, soothing her hurts, and encouraging her mental and physical development.  Choose one who is experienced, reliable, and responsive, and understands and nurtures your child's developmental and emotional needs.  (Need to find a good child care with licensed that you can afford.)

 

Get as much rest as you can. Try to take naps when your baby is sleeping. Ask someone to help you with housework and groceries.  Husband and the family members should offer support and care.
