In 2016, one of the most successful animated franchises in the world returns with its biggest and newest comedy adventure yet, KUNG FU PANDA 3.

The K11 Art Foundation (KAF) announces a solo exhibition of Cheng Ran, featuring his latest work an epic-9 hour film titled In Course of the Miraculous. Opening in March 2016 to coincide with the Hong Kong edition of Art Basel, KAF will introduce local and international audiences to one of the foremost new media artists practicing in the Chinese contemporary landscape. Based on historical accounts, the film interweaves three chronicles that span a century that form parallel narratives anchored in adventurous expeditions that ended in unsolvable mysteries, and explores notions of freedom, self-determinism and the record of “history”. The exhibition of the same title, will be on view at chi art space, Hong Kong from 21 March – 1 May, 2016.

Described by director Catherine Hardwicke as “a story about two best friends who are going on a wild emotional journey together,” MISS YOU ALREADY is a comedy-drama, starring Drew Barrymore and Toni Collette as two best friends living in London, tackling the struggles of breast cancer and IVF and how it affects every aspect of their lives.   

While “The Finest Hours” is packed with thrilling, larger-than-life action sequences, it is anchored by the prevailing theme that resonates throughout the story—the strength of the human spirit. “These young men knew exactly what they were getting into when they climbed into that tiny lifeboat,” says producer Dorothy Aufiero (“The Fighter,” “Session 9”). “They had the courage to go out there and put others’ safety first and do something incredible, and I find that truly inspirational.”

Jointly presented by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department and the Memorial Museum of Generalissimo Sun Yat-sen's Mansion, organized by the Hong Kong Heritage Museum, supported by the Institute of Textiles & Clothing, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University is the thematic exhibition “Wearable Blessings: Traditional Chinese Children's Clothing”.
