Lasagne Bolognaise with Spinach

Lasagne sheet 1pc

1.

Boil lasagne sheet till it softens. Drain and cut into squares.

Spinach 2stalk

Wash spinach. Add 1/3tsp salt to water. Cook spinach in the salted boiling water. Drain and chop. Add cream mushroom soup. Cook for a while to make spinach bechamel sauce. Set aside.

Tomato 1pc

Wash and chop tomato. Marinate minced beef.

Minced beef 30g

4.

Heat oil in pan. Stir-fry mincd beef till done. Stir in chopped tomato and cook to make bolognaise sauce. Set aside.

Minced garlic 1tsp

5.

Cut low-fat cheese into 4 sliced. Spray oil onto a baking tray. Stack lasagna sheet, cheese, spinach bechamel sauce, bolognaise sauce over one another in alternating sequence. Repeat 3 times.

Low-fat cheese 1slice

6.

Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for 20 minutes till golden. Ready to serve.

Cream mushroom soup 1/2can
