Luffa & Pork Soup with Mint leaves

Summer is here! Isn't it great to have a healthy and refreshing drink to cool down the heat. Here is a great receipe for a great drink.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

ingrediantIngrediants Directions :

Angled luffa 1 pc

    1. Wash & rinse lean pork. Scald and set aside.

Mint leaves 1/2 pcs

    1. Cut THE Angled luffa into pieces, Set aside.

Garlic 3 cloves

    1. Put all ingredients in pot, add in water, Bring to boil and turn med-low heat around 2 hours.

Ginger 3 slices

 4.  
  1. Season with salt and server hot.

Lean pork 500 gm
