Minced Pork Cook with Bean Curd

Hard Bean Curd 1 packet

Chop the bean curd into dices as well.

Minced Pork 2 tael

Heat oil in pan. Pan-fry minced garlic till fragrant. Stir-fry minced pork till done.

Oil 1 tbsp

Turn the light to medium, add the diced bean curds and pan-fry, Sprinkle spring onion dices on top. Ready to serve.

Shrimp Paste 1 tbsp
