Sweet and sour fish fillets are great for some pregnant mothers in the days of no appetite, sweet and sour flavor will enhance the appetite.

Fish fillet  400g

  1. Cut the fish into thick strips. Add seasoning and marinate for 10 minutes.

  1. Mix the batter. Coat the fish into the batter.

  1. Deep-fry in hot oil until crispy. Remove the fried fish, and drain.

  1. Pour the sauce into the wok and bring to boil. Return the fish fillets.

  1. Toss until the fish is well coated.

Salt 1/2tbsp

  1. Dish up and garnish with coriander.
