Vitamin C reduced sperm Damage

Past studies have found that men get older, the easier sperm DNA damage and affect fertility. British research has found that more absorption of vitamin C, E and zinc, can help reduce about 20% of DNA damage.

CARE, the concern fertility organization of England, their male fertility study found that men aged 44 or over, eat fruit, vegetable, fish and nuts foods can reduce sperm DNA damage to about two percent.

Simon Fishel, director of the organization said that DNA damage had been caused by free radicals, and those foods had been mentioned are rich in vitamins C, E and zinc, can help eliminate free radicals, and reduce its impact on fertility. Simon also reminded, meat will affect the growth of sperm, should not eat too much.
