Stuffed pasta shells with bolognaise

Tuna is a great promotion food, its heat energy is low and low in fat, but there is a lot of protein and rich in calcium quality, great source of meat for children and family. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

ingrediantIngredients Directions :

Big pasta shells  1 bowl

1.

Cook pasta shells in boiling water(seasoned with olive oil and salt) for 5 minutes. Remove heat and allow pasta rest for another 6 minutes. Rinse cooked pasta in cold water. Set aside.

Tuna in water  1/3bowl

Dice tomato. Set aside.

Corn kemel  1 tbsp

Sprinkle cheese. Set aside

Tomato 1 pc

4.

Heat oil in pan. Pan-fry tomato, corn kernel, tura and mix well. Season with salt. Remove heat.

 

Cheese  1½slice

5.

Sprinkle cheese again.

Salt  small amount

6.

Stuff the mixture from step 4 into pasta shells. Ready to serve.
