Pea & Pumpkin Soup

pumpkin 1 cup

Mix all ingredients in a saucepan.

water 1 cup

Bring to boil on medium-low; simmer 15 min or until vegetables are tender.

sweet peas 1/2 cup

3.

Transfer vegetable mixture to a food processor and process until smooth. Serve warm.
